Items

There's an items module. Obviously. What good is an inventory system without an items module?

Lots

Track item by lots (a.k.a. batches). Ability to receive lots coming in and assigning lots going out (on Sales Orders, Transfer Order, and Assembly Orders).

Purchase Orders

Create and track purchase orders. Enough said!

Receipts

Units of Measure

A basic but helpful list of different units of measure to help keep that data consistent. No more discrepancies like: ea, Ea, EA, each, unit, etc.

U of M Conversion

Contains a list of multipliers when moving from one unit of measure to another.

Locations

A great module for tracking SKUs at multiple locations within a single warehouse. For example, there may be a singe SKU at the receiving dock, on a storage/putaway shelf, in a picking bin, and at the shipping dock. This module shows the quantity of that SKU at all those locations.

Companies

Companies includes customers and vendors. Track all their orders. We can integrate with your favorite CRM.

Serial Numbers

Track individual SKUs by serial numbers. Ability to receive serials coming in and assigning serials going out (on Sales Orders, Transfer Order, and Assembly Orders).

Seasonality

Assign a minimum and maximum quantity to have available based on the month or quarter.

Item Substitutions

Assign items to server as a substitute for another item. Great for keeping a sale during a stock out.

Upsells

Indicate related items that might interest a customer and see those items when filling out an Estimate Order or Sales Order.
